MSN Space blogging using Performancing - A firefox extension

Have installed Performancing in Firefox for a while. Heard that it is hooked up with MSN space to publish and edit blogs. Cool.

Tried to test it a number of times. But have never succeeded in connecting with MSN Space from Preformancing.

Only yesterday, finally figured out how to use it. The password is not your regular hotmail one. It is the same as the 'secret word' you use to do "email publishing" in MSN Space. Need to set up the "email publishing" first.

Now many desktop blog editors support MSN Space publishing because it is based on the standard MetaWeblog API. Good stuff!

I didn't try the secret word method yet but I don't care about it since I won't use it any more. If its true that you have to login using another password, it is very nonsense. The login page asks for account password but you have to use secret word instead, without any clue given on the login page? Windows Spaces are too hard to understand and always have problems with non-MS stuffs.
